Reporting illegal content (DSA, art. 16)
You can report a contribution or a conversation via the «Report» link on every public page, stating the reason and a description. Reports can be filed without an account.
We process every report, assess it in a timely and diligent manner, and communicate a reasoned decision to the reporter (if reachable) and to the content's author.
Statement of reasons (DSA, art. 17)
When we remove or restrict content, the author receives a clear statement of reasons, referencing the rule or law infringed and the available redress options.
Complaints (DSA, art. 20)
If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, you can lodge a complaint by writing to [TO BE COMPLETED] (email) within 6 months of the decision. Complaints are reviewed by staff not involved in the original decision.
